Mr. Cohen is the Founder and Managing Partner of V3 Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on early-stage companies primarily in the consumer products industry. Mr. Cohen and his team have sourced and evaluated hundreds of consumer product companies and are actively leading investment rounds in the consumer products industry.

Mr. Cohen is also a Co Manager of Red Fortune Fund, a private equity fund based in Hong Kong with $1 billion RMB under management which invests in the US and China.

Prior to creating V3 Capital, Mr. Cohen was the Founder and Managing Partner at Iroquois Capital Opportunity Fund (“ICO”). ICO Fund is a special situations private equity investment fund with a focus on identifying and realizing investment opportunities in companies developing onshore oil and gas assets in North America. Additionally, Scot manages several operating and non-operating partnerships, which invest in domestic oil and gas assets.

Previously, Mr. Cohen Co-Founded Iroquois Capital (“Iroquois”), a hedge fund with assets under management of approximately $200 million structured investments in small and micro-cap private and public companies across many sectors. Mr. Cohen also Co-Founded Vertical Ventures, a merchant bank focused on providing capital to small and micro-cap companies. Mr. Cohen has led or co-invested in over 1000 transactions since 1999.

Mr. Cohen is active in philanthropic activities with numerous charities including ThanksUSA and Jewish Enrichment Council. He currently serves as Chairman of the National Foundation for Veteran Redeployment (NFVR). NFVR is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to help unemployed veterans prepare for and enter new careers in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University in 1991.

Neil LeVecke is President of LeVecke Corporation, a wholesale distributor and bottler of spirits and wine products. Representing a third generation in the family business, he has worked every position in the company since starting in 1993.

Neil began his career in Hawaii working for Hawaiian Rectifiers as a state manager. Neil attended Servite High School and went on to graduate from Loyola Marymount University in 1990. Neil married Tenya who he met at college. They have four children together and live in Newport Beach, CA. A dedicated family man, you can usually find him coaching one of his kids’ teams or out in the surf on Saturday morning.

Ms. Cappello comes with an impressive 30-year track record having led and founded many businesses including Corazonas Foods and her current firm, Sun Harvest Salt, LLC. Additionally, she consults within the food and health and wellness industries.

Ms. Cappello has a history of turning around or dramatically growing several businesses in her career including Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, Nestle, Celestial Seasonings, and Kendall Jackson. She graduated as valedictorian from USC and the Marshall School of Business, and Ms. Cappello sits on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California

Jim Greco is an industry consultant and investor in the food manufacturing and restaurant industries with more than 25 years’ experience as a senior executive specializing in growth and turnaround.

Greco most recently served as CEO at Newk’s, a next generation fast casual chain acquired by Sentinel Capital in 2014. He was engaged to lead the company to accelerated growth, and during his tenure the company grew 70%.

Prior to Newk’s, Greco served as CEO at Sbarro, one of the world’s leading Italian quick service chains with more than 1000 locations in 40 countries. He was recruited to provide leadership for the company’s turnaround.

In 2003, Greco partnered with Sun Capital to acquire Bruegger’s Enterprises and served as its chief executive officer until selling the company in 2011. While there he engineered a turnaround that resulted in a return on investment of 13 times, and in 2009, he received one of the industry’s highest honors – being named Operator of the Year by Nation’s Restaurant News.

From 1991 to 2002, Greco led two private label food manufacturing companies where he designed and executed strategic plans to revitalize and grow the businesses.

Greco began his career in the practice of law and holds a JD from the University of Miami and a BA in economics from Georgetown University.

Mr. Sherman serves as a member of the Board of Directors as well as the CEO of True Drinks, Inc.
